These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Warrior Back Office Pro. By using the platform, users agree to comply with these terms and with any applicable brokerage, licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements.
The platform is intended for authorized administrators, brokers, agents, staff, and approved users. Access may not be shared, transferred, or used outside the scope of an authorized business purpose.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Users must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the transaction, accounting, contact, listing, and document data entered into the platform. The platform is a business operations tool and does not replace legal, accounting, tax, or compliance advice.
AI-generated outputs, automated recommendations, and third-party integrations are provided to assist workflow efficiency. Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated content, calculations, communications, and synced data before relying on or sending them.
Users may not use the platform to violate laws, infringe on rights, upload malicious content, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse brokerage, client, or platform data.
Features may be modified, improved, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain platform availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warrior Back Office Pro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from platform use, downtime, integrations, AI output, or reliance on user-entered data.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if required by a brokerage administrator, or if access is no longer authorized.
